We are dedicated to leveraging film as a powerful educational tool in water science and water policy communication, sparking a dialogue between the scientific and policy community, youth, artists and the public through co-production, screenings and short film competitions.
As a climate-challenged planet we must open our eyes and hearts to the realities of our current world to address these challenges together. Let’s Talk About Water reviews subjects such as access to water, pollution, flooding, conservation, drought, impacts of global warming and policy challenges. We aim to promote water and earth science education and bring clarity and understanding to the water crisis and its solutions through film.
Let’s Talk About Water has a long history of partnerships and participation in water events all over the world. From short film competitions to universities film showings and debates bringing students, scientists and policy makers together, using film to discuss water issues and solutions.
These are short films, around 3 minutes, that inspire, inform and promote action around issues and solutions in communities throughout several countries.
